Rock the Hops is a multi-venue celebration of music, art and craft beer, taking place annually on the 2nd Saturday of August in Downtown Alton, IL.

We're a team of musicians, music lovers, community builders, and people who believe Alton has something worth making some noise about. We’re here to create more opportunities for original music, bring people together, and help build a music scene we can all be proud of. We dream of a day when people come to Alton not just for the river and the history, but because they know this is a place where great music is happening.
